How is it delivered?
Free fast FedEx delivery from our local US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. You may track your order here.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact our support team before returning any item.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the item is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

What is the top speed of the NovaGlow Moto?
The NovaGlow Moto reaches a top speed of 48 MPH, with 0-35 MPH acceleration in just 6 seconds.
How far can it travel on a full charge?
Up to 40 miles per charge with the 48V 23Ah LFP battery.
How long does it take to fully charge?
Using the included 54.6V/3A charger, a full charge takes approximately 8 hours.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The NovaGlow Moto features IPX6 waterproof design, safe for riding in rain and wet conditions.
Do I need a license to ride it?
License requirements vary by state. We recommend checking your local regulations before riding on public roads.
